Cortellan Digital, the website-design practice within Cortellan Group, uses the contact details and project information you submit to respond, assess fit, and discuss a proposal. An inquiry does not book a meeting, subscribe you to a marketing list, or create a project engagement.

Live inquiries are stored in a separate Digital database on our existing Render infrastructure. Render hosts the website and inquiry service. Resend processes notification and confirmation emails. These providers process inquiry information to operate the service.

For quote requests, project-scope fields may be processed by OpenAI to prepare an internal draft estimate. Direct contact fields such as name, email, phone, and company are excluded from that model request. Please keep sensitive information out of free-text scope fields. An AI draft does not set your final price; we review the scope and assumptions before a client proposal.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or confidential client records. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request removal, contact digital@cortellan.com.

No advertising tracker has been added. If anonymous journey measurement is enabled, we count quote-form visits, completed steps, successful submissions, and errors by day in our existing Digital database. These counters contain no form values, visitor IDs, or tracking cookies. We honor the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Updated 18 October 2026.
